Who is responsible

Psychic Alexandra. For anything about your data, write to us through our contact form at psychic-alexandra.com/contact.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, billing address and what you bought. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.

When you write to us: what you put in the contact form.

When you ask for the free e-book: your email address. We send you the book and, now and then, emails from Alexandra. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you fill in a reading form: your answers. They can be personal (love, family, health, beliefs), and we use them only to write your reading.

When you visit: the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and the campaign that brought you here (for example an ad), through cookies and Google Analytics.

Why

To deliver what you ordered, to answer you, to keep the records the law requires, to prevent fraud, and to understand which pages and ads work.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Analytics (visit statistics, without advertising features), OllieLeads (our contact form), MailBluster (our email list) and our email and reading form tools. Each uses your data only to provide its service to us. They may process it in the United States and the European Union.

Cookies

We use cookies for your cart, for remembering the campaign you came from, and for Google Analytics. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Reading forms and readings while you are a customer, or until you ask us to delete them. Your email on our list until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to get a copy of it, by writing to us through our contact form at psychic-alexandra.com/contact. We answer within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use the personal details in your forms only to write your reading.

These rights include those of residents of California and other US states with privacy laws.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
