These terms

These terms apply when you order from Psychic Alexandra at psychic-alexandra.com. By placing an order, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

For entertainment, and for adults

Readings, astrology profiles and the e-book are for entertainment and personal reflection. They aren't facts or promises about the future, and they don't replace advice from a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. The decisions you make are your own, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

You must be 18 or older to order.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number. A reading can't help in an emergency.

How a reading works

After you pay, you fill in a short form for each reading. Your reading begins when we receive your form. Alexandra writes it personally and sends it to the email address in your form, aiming for the time shown with each reading.

Please give an email address you check, and look in your spam folder if a reading hasn't arrived.

A gift voucher is a reading for someone else. The person you give it to fills in the form, and the reading goes to their email address.

Monthly subscription

Unlimited readings costs $33 a month. You are charged when you subscribe and then on the same day every month until you cancel. Unlimited means for your own personal use, at a reasonable pace: one person, one question at a time.

You can cancel at any time, or by writing to us through our contact form at psychic-alexandra.com/contact. Cancelling stops all future payments, and your current month stays active until it ends.

If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your next payment, and you can cancel before it applies.

E-book

The Love Rituals Guide is sent to you by email after your order. It is for your personal use: please don't copy, share or resell it.

Gift cards

A gift card is a code for its value, sent to you by email. Enter it in the promotion code field when you pay. Gift cards don't expire and have no fees.

A code is used up on one order. If that order costs less than the card, write to us and we'll send a new code for the rest.

Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. Keep your code safe: anyone who has it can use it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars, and you pay the price shown when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. On your card statement, the payment shows ALEXANDRA.

Cancellations and refunds

Readings and gift vouchers: until your reading has been delivered, you can cancel it and we refund you in full. Once a reading has been delivered, it can't be refunded, because Alexandra wrote it for you personally.

E-book: it can't be refunded once it has been sent to you.

Gift cards: they can't be refunded once the code has been sent, except where the law requires it.

Monthly subscription: cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

To cancel or to ask for a refund, write to us through our contact form at psychic-alexandra.com/contact and give the email address you ordered with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If something isn't right

Write to us through our contact form at psychic-alexandra.com/contact first. We answer within 2 business days, and most things are easy to put right. Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank.

Your answers and our content

You allow us to use what you write in your forms to prepare your reading. We never publish it.

Your reading is for your personal use. The text, images and design of this site belong to us.

Being kind

We may refuse or end service to anyone who is abusive or misuses the service. If we do, we refund anything you paid for that hasn't been delivered.

Liability

Readings and our site are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
